Modern Organic Living Space

A house designed for an Airbnb. A serene, light-filled space featuring plush seating, soft neutrals, and organic forms that create a relaxing yet contemporary environment that would attract guests.

This project was designed with one clear goal in mind: to create a space that renters would instantly fall in love with — a home that feels warm, elevated, and effortlessly welcoming from the moment you walk in.

In rental spaces, we often face limits: layout restrictions, fixed elements, or tight budgets. But I believe that good design works with those limits — not against them.

For this living room, I wanted to build something that felt both high-end and easy to live in. The palette is soft and neutral — layers of beige, off-white, and warm wood tones that create calm without being cold. We kept everything visually clean but made sure it felt textured and cozy with boucle sofas, soft area rugs, and thoughtful lighting.

The furniture layout is renter-friendly and adaptable. Nothing is built-in, which means everything can be rearranged or reused in a future home — something renters will deeply appreciate. The wall art and decor are easy to install but carefully chosen to elevate the space and tell a story.

This is a perfect example of how a rental space doesn’t have to feel temporary or bland. With the right approach, it can feel just as luxurious, comfortable, and personal as a forever home.

This bedroom was designed to be a peaceful reset — a space that feels as calming as a luxury hotel, yet still personal and warm.

My goal was to create a room that renters could enjoy without the need for renovation. We leaned into a minimal, neutral palette with soft bedding, clean lines, and warm wood textures — all chosen to invite rest, clarity, and calm. Every detail was carefully considered to give the space a high-end feel without overcomplicating it.

The built-in headboard wall feature and floating nightstands add structure while keeping the space feeling airy. The layered lighting — soft backlighting and a modern pendant — allows for both ambient glow and focused reading light at night.

What makes this room special is how simple it is — but also how complete it feels. It's proof that you don’t need bold colors or trendy furniture to make a bedroom feel beautiful. You just need balance, comfort, and intention.

Bold Simplicity for a Modern Living Room

An airy, modern space with organic forms, plush seating, and a calming neutral palette.

This space was designed for someone who loves clean lines, comfort, and a bit of character — a modern living room that feels curated, not overdone.

The sofa was our statement piece — soft, low, cloud-like, and inviting. It sets the tone for the entire room: relaxed yet elevated. We chose warm, neutral upholstery to soften the bold shapes, paired with a sculptural accent chair and wood tables that add warmth and texture.

The rug brings in visual movement without stealing attention — it grounds the space while adding a layer of artistry. And the oversized artwork? That was our way of tying everything together — bold, abstract, but still calm in its palette.

Everything in this room was chosen to feel intentional and livable, with a modern personality that’s far from cold. It's the kind of space where you can host friends or curl up solo with a book — comfortable, artistic, and completely you.

A Calm Retreat in the Heart of the Home

This project was all about creating a space where someone could come home, breathe out, and feel completely at peace.

My client wanted a living and dining area that felt luxurious, but not flashy — cozy, but not cluttered. The goal was to design a space that feels intentional and timeless, using calming neutrals, natural textures, and soft lighting to bring a sense of warmth and balance.

We leaned into earthy tones — warm wood accents, creamy upholstery, and soft browns — to make the space feel grounded and inviting. I designed the layout to feel open but still intimate, with furniture pieces arranged to encourage conversation or quiet moments with a book.

In the dining area, we chose curved wooden chairs with cane backs for a touch of elegance and comfort, wrapping the round table in softness and creating the perfect spot for slow breakfasts or shared dinners.

What I loved most about this project was how it proves that luxury isn’t about how much you spend — it’s about how a space makes you feel. And here, the feeling was calm, clean, and quietly elevated.

If you’re dreaming of a space that reflects your personality, feels relaxing at the end of a long day, and looks effortlessly high-end — I’d love to help bring that vision to life.

Dark, Moody, and Multi-Functional: A Home Office Built for Focus & Family

When my client reached out, he didn’t just want an office — he wanted a space that could do it all.

This project started with a challenge: how do you design a home office that feels professional enough for focused work, stylish enough for client calls, and cozy enough for spending time with his daughter — all within one room?

The solution was to divide the space into three distinct zones while keeping the design cohesive through color, tone, and lighting: a dark-toned office corner with a custom library and antique brass lighting for a professional backdrop, a cozy lounge area with a fireplace for unwinding, and child-friendly materials, and finally a tv to use the space as a living room at night.

Working within a budget, we used smart, DIY-friendly solutions to achieve a high-end look without overspending. The result is a moody, layered, and personal space that feels equally professional and warm.

This bedroom was designed as a bold yet timeless retreat. The client wanted to extend the dark design to the bedroom and create a space that felt luxurious, masculine, and grounded — without being overly minimal or traditional.

We leaned into deep navy walls, layered textures, and soft neutrals to create contrast and warmth. Classic elements like a traditional fireplace, vintage-inspired artwork, and gold-framed details add richness, while the clean-lined furniture keeps it feeling fresh and modern.

Custom wardrobe cabinetry and smart lighting make the space practical without sacrificing beauty. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the sculptural sconces, was chosen to evoke calm, confidence, and comfort.

This project shows how a bedroom can be both powerful and peaceful — tailored to fit the client’s personality and everyday life.

The Guest Experience, Reimagined

There’s a quiet power in a space that knows how to hold you.
Not shout for your attention, not impress with extravagance—just hold you.

When we were designing this rental property, we weren’t thinking of Instagram likes or trendy fixtures.
We were thinking of the traveler arriving after a long day.
Of the couple settling in for a weekend away.
Of the solo guest who’s just looking for a few nights of peace.

We imagined the small rituals that make a stay memorable:
Morning light filtering in through the trees, a cup of coffee beside the bed, a favorite book waiting on the shelf.
Soft, grounding textures. Layers of warmth.
Everything in its place—not for perfection, but for peace of mind.

And that’s the point.
Because when your guest walks in, they won’t say “wow, what a beautiful lamp” or “great tile choice”—
They’ll just feel good. Calm. Safe.
They’ll feel like they’re home.

That’s what thoughtful design does.
It earns five-star reviews not with aesthetics, but with emotion.
Not with luxury, but with comfort that lingers.

If you're building a rental, you're not just offering a place to sleep.
You're offering a feeling worth returning to.
